By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide valid, government-issued photo ID for all signers.
  • Ensure your documents are complete before notarization (we do not provide legal advice).
  • Pay all fees at the time of service, including travel or additional charges.
  • Understand that we are not responsible for acceptance of documents by third parties or for delays/loss caused by shipping carriers.
  • Be aware we may refuse service if the document is incomplete, appears fraudulent, or the signer is unwilling/unable to provide proper ID or consent.


We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.


Shipping Disclaimer Signed & Sealed Mobile Notary & Apostilles is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of documents once they have been shipped through a third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any issues related to delivery must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Clients are responsible for providing accurate mailing information. Additional insurance or tracking services are available upon request and may incur extra charges.
